Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces per client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest service, including registration and information support
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with vendor coordination and troubleshooting on-site issues
- Execute event-specific tasks like ticket scanning, merchandise sales, or activity management
- Complete detailed incident reports and post-event feedback documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Ohio driver's license for venue transportation needs
- Reliable transportation to various Toledo event locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
