Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, registration desks, and VIP areas
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and staging
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support during events
- Handle ticket scanning, credential verification, and attendee check-ins
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid NY driver's license and clean driving record (if driving required)
