Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (5 PM - 10 PM, weekends)
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in point-of-sale systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold safety protocols and store appearance standards
- Contribute to achieving weekend sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for 3-4 weekend shifts monthly and 2-3 evening shifts

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional store transfers)
