Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation
- Operate POS systems efficiently and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with evening team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold safety standards and address customer inquiries promptly
- Participate in evening inventory counts and merchandising activities
- Support store closing procedures including cleaning and securing the premises
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
