Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve inquiries efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service or call center experience

- Reliable transportation to Austin office for weekly in-person training
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Evening availability Monday-Friday (5 PM - 10 PM) required
