Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Maintain clean and safe work environment in all storage areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Uphold company standards for product presentation and safety
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Harrodsburg Rd location
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
