Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks with precision and speed
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and company standards
- Ensure store is fully prepared for opening by 6 AM daily
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and rotation of products
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM - 10 AM) consistently
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
