Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers during early morning shifts
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and rotation
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in low-light early morning conditions
