Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently in assigned departments
- Organize and rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory flow
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Flexibility to cover varying weekly schedules
