Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive walks for 2-5 dogs per outing in Lubbock neighborhoods and parks
- Monitor pets for health/behavior changes and document care in our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication with training) as requested by owners
- Maintain precise scheduling and communication via our pet care platform
- Transport pets to vet visits or groomers when required
- Represent Pawsome Walkers with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (minivan/SUV preferred for multiple dogs)
- First Aid/CPR certification for pets (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
- Strong physical fitness for all-weather walking in Texas climate
