Responsibilities
- Provide safe, enjoyable walks for dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Administer basic pet care (feeding, hydration, waste cleanup)
- Maintain detailed client communication via app updates
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all outings
- Build trust and rapport with pets and their owners
- Manage schedule autonomously within assigned time blocks
- Report any behavioral or health concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability during flexible morning/afternoon/evening hours
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle large dogs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Lincoln NE residency or willingness to relocate
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
