Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome and assist them with their needs.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Reconcile daily sales and deposits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cash handling or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
