Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs)
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso station, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
Qualifications
- 6+ months of coffee preparation or customer service experience
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques preferred
