Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and VIP access protocols
- Ensure venue safety compliance and emergency response readiness
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, and venue management teams
- Deliver premium customer service to diverse event attendees
- Execute setup/breakdown procedures and maintain venue aesthetics
- Manage crowd control during peak attendance periods
- Operate ticketing systems and point-of-sale equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and crowd management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with ticketing systems (Eventbrite, Ticketmaster) preferred
