Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all guest touchpoints
- Manage efficient check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during peak evening hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend operations
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support inventory management and weekend reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with property management systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Must be 18+ and pass background check
