Responsibilities

- Set up and break down event spaces per venue requirements
- Assist with VIP guest registration and hospitality services
- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
