Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at concerts, sports games, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for ticket scanning and merchandise sales
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to stand for 8+ hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
