Responsibilities
- Attend and complete comprehensive paid training sessions covering event operations, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a professional appearance at all events
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue operations as directed
- Manage crowd flow, enforce safety guidelines, and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Adhere to company policies and client-specific requirements during assignments
- Document and report operational incidents or concerns to supervisors
