Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, barriers, signage)Assist VIP guests and coordinate with event vendors
- Operate ticket scanning systems and manage entry points
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Report maintenance issues or security concerns promptly
- Maintain clean event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event setup/takedown preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport roles)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
