Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Direct attendees to seating areas, restrooms, and amenities
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols during peak hours
- Support VIP guest services and backstage coordination
- Operate event equipment including signage and barricades
- Collaborate with security teams and venue management
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand ambassador role
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts (Thu-Sun)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Basic knowledge of crowd management principles
- Flexible schedule with 15+ hours/week availability
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
