As an Event Staff member, you will represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Whether it’s a corporate gala, a music festival, or a community expo, you will be the welcoming face of the event, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact positively with guests and attendees to ensure a welcoming and safe atmosphere.
- Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, signage, and lighting.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Direct attendees to various areas and provide clear event information.
- Collect tickets or manage entry points efficiently during high traffic.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event duration.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available for weekends and evenings as events are scheduled.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations in the Chandler area.
- Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus but not required.
