Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credentialing at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance throughout venues
- Manage vendor coordination and logistical support for event zones
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain optimal guest experiences
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
