Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket verification with precision
- Ensure venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown logistics
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems as needed
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines flawlessly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Reliable transportation to multiple Toledo area venues
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures preferred
