Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including distributing signage, banners, and promotional materials.
- Monitor event flow and guide attendees to appropriate areas or registration desks.
- Collect tickets or wristbands and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to address attendee needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the venue throughout the event.
- Assist vendors or performers as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations within Lubbock.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience is preferred but not required.
