Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with ticket scanning and entry management to ensure smooth flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor crowd behavior to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies.
- Set up, organize, and dismantle event equipment as directed.
- Answer attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check.
