Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Manage crowd control and ensure a safe, orderly environment during high-traffic events.
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event decor and equipment.
- Direct attendees to key areas, including VIP sections, restrooms, and concession stands.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and adherence to venue dress codes.
- Report any facility issues or emergencies to management immediately.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred but not required.

- Reliable transportation is required for traveling between event venues.
