Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in with professionalism
- Usher guests to seats and maintain event flow protocols
- Execute emergency response procedures as per venue guidelines
- Operate ticket scanning and credential verification systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Collaborate with security, vendors, and event management teams
- Assist with venue setup and post-event breakdown activities
Qualifications
- Must be available to start within 24 hours of application
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques preferred
- Previous hospitality or event experience a plus
