Responsibilities
- Greet attendees with a smile and provide directions to venues, seating, and concessions.
- Monitor crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, or swag bags to event participants.
- Assist with event setup, including signage placement and booth arrangement.
- Collect feedback and survey data from guests professionally.
- Perform basic cashier duties or ticket scanning as required.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries quickly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on various terrains.
- Reliable transportation to the event venue.
- Must pass a standard background check.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor.
