Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at assigned event stations
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist attendees with inquiries
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain organized activity zones
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (tomorrow or next day)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Portland
