Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and attendee support during events
- Manage event setup/teardown including tents, seating, and equipment
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control procedures

- Handle ticket scanning, registration, and guest inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Report operational issues to event supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be available to start within 24 hours of application
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Fresno
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Basic problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
