Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through professional interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage event flow by directing attendees, managing queues, and maintaining safety protocols
- Execute seamless setup and breakdown of event spaces, furniture, and equipment
- Operate event-specific technology including registration systems, AV equipment, and payment terminals
- Uphold brand standards through polished appearance and adherence to event guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure settings
- Physical stamina to stand 6-8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event setup/teardown procedures
- 18+ years old with ability to work in the US without sponsorship
