Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Assist in the setup, operation, and teardown of various events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, directing attendees, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage inventory, distribute materials, and ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and other staff members to maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
