Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and access control with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages, barricades, and signage
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams to maintain operational excellence
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident reporting as needed
- Represent clients professionally while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Phoenix metro
- Basic knowledge of crowd management and safety procedures
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Previous event/concert staffing experience a plus
