Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols at high-traffic events
- Execute VIP guest experiences and premium service activations
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue management teams
- Troubleshoot in-the-moment challenges while maintaining professional composure
- Set up/breakdown event infrastructure including stages, signage, and decor
- Process ticketing and credential verification for restricted-access areas
- Provide real-time support to event producers and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Texas state ID or driver's license for venue access
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation to event sites across Austin
