Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at high-profile events
- Coordinate crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during peak attendance periods
- Execute vendor setup and teardown procedures with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Operate specialized event equipment (AV, lighting, staging)
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in emergency response procedures and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on short notice
- Basic knowledge of crowd management techniques
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Antonio
