Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including booth construction and decoration.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event.
- Direct attendees to designated areas and manage crowd flow.
- Operate ticketing systems and scanners accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or event staffing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
