Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide directional assistance and venue navigation support
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Execute VIP hospitality and premium guest services
- Troubleshoot operational issues during live events
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment recovery
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event security protocols preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Experience in customer service or hospitality valued
