Responsibilities

- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical support as needed.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent the brand positively in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
