Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and samples to event attendees.
- Assist with event setup, including table placement, signage, and booth decoration.
- Monitor crowd flow and direct attendees to key areas when necessary.
- Answer basic questions about the event, products, or services being promoted.
- Collect feedback and report any issues to the event manager immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event duration.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Must have a smartphone and access to email for communication.
- Must present a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes.
