Responsibilities
- Setup & Teardown: Assist in the professional setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all materials are arranged according to specifications.
- Guest Services: Greet attendees with a warm, professional demeanor, directing traffic and managing entry points to ensure a smooth flow.
- Crowd Management: Monitor event areas to maintain a safe, orderly environment and resolve minor issues swiftly.
- Hospitality: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, serving refreshments, and acting as the friendly face of the brand.
- Communication: Relay important information to venue management and fellow staff members to ensure seamless coordination.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards by adhering to dress codes and representing the brand positively at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Riverside and surrounding areas.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
