Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a high-energy, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement, signage, and equipment checks.
- Manage crowd control and ensure a safe, organized environment for all attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Distribute promotional materials and guide guests to various event zones or activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the duration of the event.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators and other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Ability to lift and carry light objects (up to 25 lbs) when assisting with setup.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
