Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of event venues, including signage, furniture, and audio-visual equipment.
- Greet and welcome attendees with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues on-site.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Support event operations, including registration, crowd control, and merchandise sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event duration.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of the program.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor events.
- Proficiency with basic technology (e.g., scanners, tablets) is preferred.
