We are currently hiring for various positions including Ushers, Greeters, and Crowd Control Monitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet attendees with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them to appropriate areas.
- Monitor event entrances and exits to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Assist with ticket scanning, registration, and information booths.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness of event spaces and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to event venues.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
