Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in, information assistance, and crowd management
- Execute venue setup/teardown per event specifications and safety protocols
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory during event operations
- Enforce access control and ensure compliance with event guidelines
- Assist with emergency procedures and maintain calm during unexpected situations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
- Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor environments
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced settings
- Must pass background check and drug screening
