We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and ready to work. Training is provided for all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional smile upon arrival.
- Manage ticket lines, registration desks, and guest check-ins efficiently.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating and arranging furniture.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all attendees.
- Direct guests to various areas of the venue and provide directions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist with crowd control and safety measures during high-traffic events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the event venue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems (training provided).
- Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
