Responsibilities
- Set up and operate event equipment (AV, signage, staging) as per event specifications
- Manage guest registration and credentialing using provided technology
- Execute crowd control protocols while maintaining professional demeanor
- Conduct equipment checks before, during, and after events
- Assist with venue breakdown and equipment inventory
- Provide real-time support to event coordinators via provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Chicago
- Basic tech proficiency for equipment operation
- Exceptional customer service skills with polished appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior event or hospitality experience preferred
