Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at high-profile events, concerts, and venues
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket validation, and VIP access coordination
- Ensure venue safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed
- Assist with crowd control and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with venue teams for seamless event operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support setup/breakdown of event spaces as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Nevada gaming license or willingness to obtain (if required)
- Reliable transportation to various Strip locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
