Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment including audiovisual systems, staging, and lighting
- Manage guest flow and provide courteous assistance at entry points and activity stations
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines flawlessly
- Assist with VIP guest services and special request fulfillment
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and storage procedures
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
