Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including registration kiosks, AV systems, and branded displays
- Provide exceptional guest service at corporate galas, trade shows, and festivals
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs promptly
- Execute event breakdown procedures efficiently post-event
- Collaborate with venue staff for seamless logistical coordination
- Enforce safety protocols for equipment handling and crowd management
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during events
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Houston
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
