Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event equipment including staging, lighting, and AV systems
- Provide exceptional guest services, including ticket scanning, crowd control, and attendee assistance
- Operate provided equipment according to event specifications and safety protocols
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand standards while representing Premier Event Solutions
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with event leads and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and report any maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation to event locations within Bakersfield and surrounding areas
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
